Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at swisswrist.in with your order number and request for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item once it has been delivered by following our [Return and Refund Policy].
Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and confirmed. This includes items that have been engraved, resized, or specially made to order.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Exceptions
- Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our [Return and Refund Policy] for returning such items.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests for custom or personalized items once production has begun.
