Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your purchase, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all protective stickers, tags, and seals intact.
  • The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, warranty card, instruction manual, and any other accessories provided at the time of purchase.
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation must be included with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@swisswrist.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is returned not in its original condition or with missing parts, only a partial refund may be granted.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
