2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect or error, we will process your replacement.

3. Conditions for Replacement

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
• If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer you the option to choose a similar item or receive store credit.

4. Non-Eligible Items
